Kimberly Noel Kardashian or well known as Kim Kardashian, was born on October 21, 1980 in Los Angeles, California, USA. She is the daughter of Robert Kardashian the high-powered defense attorney. Sister of Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Robert Kardashian Jr.. Half-sister of Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. Granddaughter of Mary Houghton.


As a young woman, Kardashian worked at her father's music marketing firm, Movie Tunes, then parlayed her entrepreneurial instincts into a successful career as a wardrobe stylist for television programs, magazine photo layouts, and infomercials. She also gained attention in the mid to late 2000s for her friendship with heiress and media darling Paris Hilton.

Kim Kardashian became more well-known when a sex tape featuring herself and ex-boyfriend Ray J was leaked onto the internet.

In 2007 Kim Kardashian gets her own E! reality series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians  which documents her career and family life, with sisters Khloé and Kourtney, momager Kris, and stepdad Bruce Jenner.

Kim was nominated in 2009 for the Razzie Award for Worst Supporting Actress for her performance in Disaster Movie in 2008. She mentioned it in her blog and rather than being insulted by it, she took it in good stride and was flattered by it. She wrote; "I'm having a really good laugh over the fact that I've been nominated for a Razzie this year. I had so much fun filming Disaster Movie and giggled the entire time during the shoot.

Kim Kardashian's real estate has given the Los Angeles housing market a much needed boost after buying a $4.8million mansion.

The Tuscan-style property sits on 4,000sq ft, it includes four bathrooms, swimming pool, media room, swimming pool, media room and a spa.

The house also features fireplaces for those cool winter evenings and the garden is perfectly manicured lawns and a waterfall.

It is surrounded by high walls and security gates so the Kardashian clan will be given privacy from the paparazzi.

The estate agent describes the house as "the perfect place to relax and entertain".

A friend of the couple said: "She liked that it was walled and gated. It's just sexy. It's a very, very sexy house."
